I have recently started to use Sangoma endpoints thinking they would have superior functionality with PBXact. There are a few issues I am experiencing with BLF’s
Pickup ringing extension. If a monitored phone is ringing the BLF alert occurs and the light flashes. The only way to pickup the call is to press the BLF key prior to lifting the handset. If the users lifts the handset then presses the BLF a new call is initiated. I understand I can tell the customer to press the button first and make this a training issue but that is not an acceptable solution. Other brand phones work as expected, allowing the user to lift the handset then press the BLF
Can the audio alert be more then 1 ring?
