I have one extension that suddenly none of the buttons on the phone work. The horizontal buttons, function buttons, even the dial pad just stopped working. The user can answer calls but that’s it. I swapped the phone out 3 weeks ago and everything was fine but today the same user same extension says the new phone is doing the same thing.
