Has anyone experienced a sangoma phone not obtaining a DHCP after a second reboot or 3rd and so on. If i factory reset it it will obtain a DHCP and just stay idle. If i restart it will not obtain a DHCP. I upgraded to the latest firmware even downgraded. Same results. I have tried several PoE adapters and switches, just cables same results.
I have not heard of this. The logs you can download fom the GUI of the phone should give a hint at what’s happening.
figured it out… I had vlan tagging enabled in the configuration in the endpoint manager, and it was creating an issue.
