S500 queue missed call not visible

When using queues the S500 doesn’t register a missed call.
Anyone know how to fix this?

running latest freepbx and phone firmware

Can you transcript your queue configuration here please :slight_smile: ?
Especially the ‘mark calls answered elsewhere’ option?
And whether changing that option, changes anything?

sure, is there an easy way to so this or do I just copy/past all settings by hand?

The mark calls answered option is enabled

when I disable the mark calls answered option then the missed calls are visible

Sorry, solved it myself. Seems that I misunderstood the mark answered calls option. when disabled it works as advertised.
