I have a S500 and a Cisco 508 phone in my office. When I dial a busy number the cisco gives me a busy tone, but the s500 just hangs up without any info.

Please upgrade to the latest EPM and rebuild your phone configs. This was added as a feature in EPM.
I am already running 13.0.61 and just rebuild configs. but still no dice
Sorry you need to be on EPM version 13.0.71 for this.
Current version of Endpoint is 13.0.71. Update from the Edge repo with:
fwconsole ma --edge update endpoint
