Problem: When users have a wireless headset and have the headset function of the S500 “active”; pages and intercoms are directed to the headset port and are not heard by the receiver because their wireless headset isn’t transmitting. I come from the telephone background and am new to Asterisk. Traditional phone system like LG Ericsson or Allworx route pages and intercom to the speaker even when the headset function is active.
Is there a way for me to set the Sangoma phones this way?
I just ran into this same problem. Anyone out there have a clue?
