I want to modify the dialplan on the S500 phones which are connected to a FreePBX 14 instance so I can have end users transfer calls to a specific parking extension. It’s a small office and I would like to limit each group of users to specific parking extensions using a programmable key set to a specific park extension to answer parked calls, but be able to transfer to their park extension by dialing *2 + their park extension.
The phones as they are now do not seem to be recognizing the *2 when I press transfer or when the call is active.
Any advice?
