S400 Error when Pushing VM button

Hi Everyone,

When I push the VM button on some of my s400’s it just simply say “Error” on the screen. Some of them work just fine, others not so much.

Below is information on one of the phones having the problem.
Firmware:
BOOT-2.0.4.21
IMG-2.0.4.33
ROM-2.0.4.33
DSP-9.0.3

EHS Version: 1.2

I’m open to any troubleshooting you can provide me. I am a Asterick CLI n00b so please be patient.
