I have a couple of S300 endpoints configured and working with just one minor issue. What is happening is that for inbound calls from other extensions only the extension number is being displayed, and not the name and extension like on my old Polycoms.
Is this a current limitation of the S300 firmware or am I just not finding the correct configuration option?
Does anyone know if the S500 has the same limitation?
It should display both. You sure Asterisk is sending Caller ID name and Number?
