Hello,
We have the responsive firewall on and in looking at the configuration we are not seeing a setting for RTP.
We can receive media from anywhere literally, it’s not restricted to the trunks.
What is the best way to accomodate this as we are seeing some occasional times where media is not coming through.
We are not seeing it is blocked either, but need to insure that the issue is not related to the firewall not allowing RTP in from random sources.
