Anybody please advise, why I got empty rows in “Monitor” column of Recordings Tab -> Call Monitor
I have turned on both incoming and outgoing recording options to YES…and the recording format to .wav …
I also saw the files in /var/spool/asterisk/monitor do exists
please help
