Route/redirect caller after the customer hangup

Hi All,

Hope everyone is doing great today.

We currently want to make a small survey feature for our Asterisk 1.8/FreePBX phone system and we really don’t know where to start.

What we want is that when a customer call our agents and if the agent hangup first after the call then the customer will be routed to a Announcement(setup/configured inside freepbx).

Anyone have any idea on how I can redirect the caller after our agent hangup?
