Route Incoming Call to Same Extension

Hi
i’ve one requirement in business
if anyone in office or mobile softphone user calls a customer and for some reason customer couldn’t answer the call.
Now if a customer calls back in 10 or 30 minute later, i want this call should route to the same extension who called him last time.
Please let me know if there is any module available or configuration to be done
