We are writing to inform you that as of January 1, 2018, Sangoma will bring the public RMS (Remote Monitoring Service) Beta to a close, for FreePBX. At that time, the RMS servers will be taken offline and the RMS module inside of FreePBX will cease to function.
We appreciate all the feedback you have provided, and will be evaluating our next steps based on your inputs. In the meantime, if you are relying on RMS to monitor your FreePBX system, you will need to find another solution. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
To uninstall the RMS module, please first cancel the beta in the Sangoma Partner Portal by completing the following:
- Login to portal.sangoma.com
- Click on Products -> Deployments -> List
- Search for your deployment
- Choose Edit and then click on Licenses
- Next to your license token for RMS, click Cancel Free Trial
After doing this, you can uninstall the RMS module by logging into the your FreePBX system via SSH and entering the following:
fwconsole ma uninstall rmsadmin
