I want to know why my softphone rings only once?when someone call me my softphone rings only once afterthat my mobile rings. how can i increase softphone ringing?thanks in advance
Check the ring time on the extensions screen. You might also have your extension set for Do Not Disturb which will send the call to your “follow me” route.
