Hello all,
I need an extension that will have the system call my sip extension and when I answer it automatically calls an outside phone number and when answered it plays dtmf tones and pauses etc.
I’m new to FreePBX and Asterisk.
Any help is truly apppreciated.

Your search probably needs to start with “ARI”. Basically, you set up a program that dials your number, waits for you to call, then do whatever else needs to happen. Set it up so that it starts from a virtual extension (using the Custom Context module or Miscellaneous Destinations for example) and you should be reasonably good-to-go.
