Hi,
We’ve defined a ringroup with 3 extensions as
11#, 12#, 13# with hunt method and ‘Skip Busy Agent’ checked.
We all work with multiline phones.
If it is not defined FollowMe for the extension, it is not skipped.
If it is defined FollowMe for the extension (ringall-prim) and primary extension is occupied, it is not skipped too.
If we remove # from the extensions, ‘skip busy angent’ works ok, but FollowMe is not accessed :-(.
Is this a bug or a misunderstanding of ring group configuration ??
