Not to beat a dead horse but just for my own understanding this turned out to be a RIng Groups issue not a Google Voice/Codec issue correct? Reason being I Disabled Send progress and it seems to have resolved this for me regardless of the codec order.
It’s a provider issue, depends on several different factors that ring groups works around now.
