we are using Asterisk 13 and Freepbx 12.
I set up a virtual extensions with a ring time of 1 second to direct it to a ring group. If it goes to a second ring group. It shows on the Aastra 57i Phones that there were a missed call. I tried it with a Follow me redirect and also with Asterisk Dial Option -c, but it only works for Asterisk in general which is totally missing the point.
If I try to activate it on a specific extension with an override, it doesnt work at all.
Any clues on how to solve it?
