Ring groups - incoming extenion goes to extensions and phone number

I have a situation where I want to be able to ring an employees extension, and cell phone at the same time, or maybe 1 after the other.

The only way to reach this person is by typing in his extension while listening to the general message. None of the IVRs will reach his extension.

In a nutshell, I would like the persons cell phone to ring when the extension rings. How can this be done?

Look up “Find Me/Follow Me” or FMFM.

There’s plenty of prior art on doing this, and either of your scenarios are possible.
