Hi,
I am using ring groups to allow an incoming exec call to show up on multiple lines at once. There go to polycom phones with multiple lines.
Now the problem is that that admins are not picking up voicemail because they don’t see the message indicator on their polycom phone saying that there is voicemail waiting. (never mind they could check a couple times a day or whatever…)
How can I wire the voicemail on these exec “extension” ring groups to show up on the polycom phones as voicemal on line N or some similar thing that will remove this from the complaint list?
