Ring group not playing 'ring ring'

Hi All

this is going to sound like a weird one but im hoping its a simply fix and ive totally missed it

1 ring group, 5 extensions, set as memory hunt, on hold set as Ring - all working perfectly fine

the staff then put the first 3 extensions on DND via there phones (cisco spa 303)

BUT for some reason the system then doesn’t do the RING RING noise to the caller when they ring in?

but if we take the DNDs off ANY of the 3 phones, the caller gets the RING RING noise?



Might be a bug, please post a full call log. Work around would be to use a Queue.


full verbose log of a call after hours when the staff have 3 phones on DND but the forth one isnt on DND?
