I have a ring group routing to a specific voicemailbox on no answer. This works O.K.
However I can’t get any of the unavailable/busy messages played prior going into record mode. This leaves callers going from ringing to answered silence and then, what appears to them, an out-of-context message.
Is it possible to play an unavailble/busy message? if so how?
