Ring group calls going to select personal ext voicemail instead of back to que

I have a ring group for support calls, and 10 extensions that is set to ring all extensions at once. If no one answers call, I want it to go back to queue for 10 secs and then come back and ring the group of phones. But what’s happening is that they are going to someone’s voicemail in the ring group. I don’t want to turn off everyone’s personnel voicemail I just don’t want ring group calls to be picked up by voicemail of a particular users extension. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
