Here’s what I’m trying to do:
Caller hears IVR menu and presses 3 to get to a certain person.
I want it to ring that extension first.
If no answer, ring a second extension.
If no answer, ring an entire group at once (3 phones) and if no answer, go back to the original users voicemail.
All I can figure out how to do is either ring every extension successively (hunt group) or ring all five phones at once.
Listing the ring group as the third extension in the list fails.
Any ideas?
For now, I am instructing the users to put their phones on DND when they aren’t near them so that it has to ring less phones in succession.
