Ring group and phone on other ring group if no answer

Hi all,

I make a inbound route to send call on 3 phones.
So I make a ring group nammed “Groupmarketing” with 3 phones and specify it in my inbound route “any DID/any CID”.
It’s work fine but when my 3 phone are occupied I like to send call to other group nammed “Grouptechn”.
So I make in ring group “Groupmarketing” destination if no answer ring on “Grouptechn”.

But it don’t work, my calls are not redirect on the second group when all the line of the first group are occupied…
Why?
How do you make the same thing?
