Ring before answering - next caller

Hello Guys,

often when i call to callcenters I hear a Holdmusic … before the agent answers i hear it normal ringing and then answering, that’s really nice … The caller is prepared that a agent will now answer.

hope anybody could give us a hint how to configure this behaviour ?

In Our configuration it’S like that: Call hears music on hold… We accept the call - call is immediatley connected… that is often not so nice because the caller hears the noise of picking up the phone… the music immediately stops… …

thanks in advance for any hint.

I don’t have any experience with this, but does changing the MoH class for the queue to “Agent Ringing” do this?
