How do you make an incoming call ring multiple extensions at the same time?
Use a Ring Group.

Depending on the on DID…I either use a ring group, or add the extensions to my primary extension’s follow me list. There are advantages and disadvantages to either one, but both will give you the ability to have all predefined extensions ring all at once.
