Returned from dialparties with no extensions to call and DIALSTATUS: NOANSWER

Recently had to restore a freepbx machine from a backup image. All extensions are connected however I cannot dial any extension internally or from external calls. The log is filled with messages like this:

Previously I had extensions from 101-105 and I deleted those to create new extensions from 106-110. I also tried routing the inbound voipms trunk to just one extension. I also tried restoring from different backups going back a few weeks to a few months. However the problem persists.

Any ideas before I go the long route to rebuild the entire freepbx system from scratch? Thanks

I assume since things register you have run “apply config” or reload. You can try rebuilding the astdb with https://hostname/admin/config?display=extensions&action=resetall

I tried the url to rebuild astdb but no change. I also renamed astdb.sqllite to astdb.sqlite.bak and issues fwconsole reload but same issue. core set debug 1 and pjsip set logger on doesn’t reveal any errors from what I see.

Anything else I can try?

Ok here’s what I ended up doing that solved it.

  1. I deleted and regenerated the default self-signed certificate.
  2. I enabled Call Waiting on all the extensions.

It’s possible that rebuilding astdb.sqlite also helped. I did this just by deleting the file followed by fwconsole reload.
