Return to reception?

A user asked us this, “It was just brought to my attention that when a caller reaches an individual voicemail and hits zero to return to the main line; they are routed right back to the phone line that they got voicemail initially, not the front desk.”

Is that possible?

In the voicemail settings, enable operator (the o extension) and in dialplan behavior, define where to send “0” to (o(perator) extension)
