I upgraded a FreePBX 2.5 system to 2.9 and then backed up the config on the upgraded system and copied it over to a new server. The new server is a FreePBX 2.9.0.7 distro install.

I am getting the following error. What can I do to fix this?

retrieve_conf failed to sym link:
/etc/asterisk/logger.conf from core/etc
This can result in FATAL failures to your PBX. If the target file exists and not identical, the symlink will not occur and you should rename the target file to allow the automatic sym link to occur and remove this error, unless this is an intentional customization.

Search was my friend here as well as reading the error message a little better. I deleted the logger.conf file that was migrated from the older version of FreePBX and the error is gone.
