Restricting Calls

I am running FreePBX 2.11 and have a client that gave me an odd request.

There are 4 extensions they want to restrict from being able to make outbound calls. 1 needs to be restricted all the time (which is easily solved by pin dialing) and 3 only during certain hours.

My question is if there is a way to set these three extensions to be restricted from outbound calls during certain times?

using Extension Routing and Time Groups in a outbound route would solve this.
