Are there any built in settings in regards to the number of logins an extension can have ?

Any notifications on login ??

When you day logins, are you referring to the number of endpoints/phones that can simultaneously register to an extension?

Yes. Physical phones and sip phones.

Set max contacts to the desired amount of endpoints you want.

Applications->Extensions->(Select your extension)->Advanced->Max Contacts.

Set Max contacts to 1
