Restore partially failed

Hello All,

We just restored a full backup to a live backup server. Everything looks good, however it seems like we can’t get into inbound routes, which is also affecting calls being accepted or in this case not being accepted.

I beleive we are probably 2 versions older at the primary server, the backup server is running 6.12.65-29, since the primary is down I can’t confirm the version but it was probably between 6.12.65-26 and 6.12.65-28.

Any suggestions appreciated!

Hi!

I think I would try to look at the logs for any error message, see if it can give you a clue as to what might be wrong, what module could be causing trouble.

You could then try to downgrade to a previous module in module admin…
