Restore not working

Hi

I have a FreePBX 2.10.0.4/Asterisk 10.3.0. I have installed the backup and restore module. Although the backup works fine the restore doesn’t. Using the FreePBX GUI - Restore function, I browse for the tar.gz file which is stored on my PC (tar.gz taken from a different server with identical version)and press Go! The browser seems to ‘work’ for a minute and then the page just goes back to the way it was without the tar.gz file in the browse section and nothing happens.

any ideas please?

I have this same issue. not sure what to do. I compared the two versions of asterisk and one is 11.3 and the other is 11.10. Not sure if that makes a difference. But my browser does the same thing, uploads the file and then flashes and nothing shows up with the restore options.
