Restore from v12 to 15 fails due to Checksum error

I’m trying to restore a v12 backup to 15 using --restorelegacycdr and its showing up as “Header does not match it’s checksum”

This is a good backup (ive done two and they both error the same). and it downloads and uploads to the new server fine. Anything I can check? I’m using the CLI of the backup/restore module and everything is updated on new PBX.
