Rest Apps in Horizontal Soft Keys

Hello,

Is it possible to put Rest Apps in the Horizontal Soft Keys (HSK) in the states that don’t currently accept them?

For example in the “Active Call” State is it possible to add the REST-Parking App? I know it’s not listed as an option now. I’d rather save the Line Keys for Extensions and other BLF needs, and have the “command” type functions in the HSK’s.

No at this time Apps only work on Line keys because they depend on BLF support

Is it possible to add Speed Dials to the Horizontal Buttons? Or any other features not currently listed in the Endpoint Manager?
