Responsive Firewall Enbaled, but softphone users getting blocked

Good morning,

Having an odd issue I’ve not run across before, have a few remote users just utilizing a pc softphone (Zoiper 5 Pro), here’s whats happening:

  • Users login for the first time in the morning, logs in fine
  • User sets Zoiper to offline when they go to lunch
  • User can’t login and their IP has been added to the ‘Blocked Hosts’ section of the firewall. Removing the IP address resolves the issue and the user can reconnect, however everytime they change their status, this process starts all over again

Also having another issue that may or may not be related, but users have also reported that on some incoming calls, Zoiper won’t pickup the calls after clicking answer
