RESOLVED: Intrusion Detection - Fatal Error

I have a FreePBX 12.0.76.2 with Asterisk 11.19.0 running on an HP i5 workstation. This installation is fresh as of a couple weeks ago. All modules are shown as ‘enabled and up to date’ with the exception of the ARI Framework.

I refined the fail2ban settings to ban for a longer time (1 week) and whitelisted my local network. Everything seems to be running and I’m getting notifications of new bans. I’m sure this was working yesterday.

However today when I go to the Admin->System Admin->Intrusion Detection link it seems to pause like a timeout is occurring and I get a Fatal Error page (the System Admin options that usually appear on the right side are shown as a list of bullets on this page):

FATAL ERROR
FreePBX is Unable to Continue

Could not get banned list
Trace Back
/var/www/html/admin/modules/sysadmin/functions.inc/intrusion.php:58 Sysadmin->getFail2BanList()

/var/www/html/admin/modules/sysadmin/page.sysadmin.php:443 sysadmin_get_banned()

/var/www/html/admin/config.php:504 include()
[0]: /var/www/html/admin/modules/sysadmin/page.sysadmin.php

Does anyone know how to trouble shoot this?

Nathan
