Possibly, your number format or caller ID format is not what your provider expects so they are rejecting the call.

What country are you in? Based on your moniker, I’m guessing USA, near Sacramento, CA. In that case, 4704146 may not be accepted and you would have to dial 9164704146, 19164704146 or +19164704146. If the DID (called number) you receive on incoming calls has more than 7 digits, use that format for outgoing.

Likewise, you may need to format the caller ID as 9163184800, etc. Sending the same format as you receive on incoming calls is probably correct.

If that’s not your issue, find out why the carrier is rejecting the call. See
https://support.digium.com/community/s/article/How-to-enable-ISDN-PRI-debug-in-Asterisk
and
https://support.digium.com/community/s/article/Understanding-a-ISDN-PRI-capture

When you attempt a call, what (if anything) is heard by the caller?

When posting a log, it is useful to have timestamps on each step. By default, they will appear if you view Reports -> Asterisk Logfiles. For posting a long log, paste it at
pastebin.freepbx.org
and post the link here (if you can’t post links, post the 8-hex-character code at the end of the URL).

Thank you for replying. We are in the Philippines.
Here is the pri debug:

I can’t get the sangoma in the right setup:

Our Eastern Telco Paramaters:
Protocol: EDSS-1
Own Address: 0231891xx
Termination: Terminate (120 Ohm)
Codec: A-Law
Type of Number: Unknown
Numbering Plan: Unknown
Keep B Channel: No
E1 Framing: PCM 31 / CRC OFF
E1 Encoding: HDB3
E1 Clock Source: Recovered
E1 Slip Reference: Ext. 2M Ref Clock

Resolved. I’d passed important card asterisk setting in GUI.

PRI Diaplan set to unknown.

PRI Local Diaplan set to unknown.

Thanks
