RESOLVED: 50% of inbound calls fail: Congestion?

This is what the CDR shows when a call fails:

I have an inbound route that matches all incoming calls and sends them to an IVR, I’m not sure what else to check.

Any tips for troubleshooting this one?

Already tried rebooting…

Hmmmm while writing this, I noticed that the failed calls have no called number attached to them! I think I’m onto something. I will call BroadVoice


BroadVoice had a server upgrade and one of the old servers was still being load balanced for incoming calls, once they removed that old server now calls are working 100%
