Resetting Password on FreePBX Administration

Hi All,

I am trying to access our admin for our pbx which is hosted on our internal servers. The person who previously managed the system left some time ago and the system ran with no issues. However, I now have to do some updates and I have no way of contacting him. When I try to log in the system does not give an option to reset the password. I contacted support and they suggest we use this forum in order to understand what to do. I would appreciate any guidance that anyone can offer.
