Request Options for

I’m running FreePBX14 with Asterisk 13.22

I have almost entirely SIP endpoints but going through my log files I found the following

Wondering if these are just something to ignore

This is often caused by creating your extensions in FreePBX in the wrong SIP channel driver. It looks like you are using PJ-SIP on 5160, but you created your extensions using Chan-SIP which appears to be operating on 5060. It could be the other way around - but either way, make sure that the channel driver you used to create your extensions matches the port you are trying to connect to with the phones.
