Reports showing no data

I am using trixbox v2.6.2.3

For some reason the reports section is not working. I always have this message in read saying

YOU MUST ACCESS THE CDR THROUGH THE ASTERISK MANAGEMENT PORTAL!

And whenever I do a search it always says no data found.

I have googled the error and searches tell me to change the ownership of /var/lib/php/session. That is already owned by asterisk.

I know that that asterisk is writing cdrs to the database because i can see them in under the cdr report feature and directly in the database.

One thing that i think could be an issue is that usualy the cdr table is in the asterisk database. in this case the cdr table is int he asteriskcdrdb database. Could this be an issue? if so, how do i correct it.

Ok, the problem was that memcached was not running. I turned it on and added it to startup and all is fine now.

Little bit weird that it was not added to to startup during the installtion of trixbox

Why would you write to us about trixbox?

It’s an old unsupported version of Asterisk and FreePBX that has been abandoned by Fonality.

You should consider running the FreePBX distro with the current code and a vibrant community around it.
