I have installed PBX recently, can someone help me understand how can we generate accurate reports and track the unique callers, does the system has its own definition to count incoming calls? situations like call transfer or picked up from other locations.
For basic reporting click on the reports tab, then open CDR Reports
REPORTS > CDR Reports
Play around with it and see if it generates the information you are looking for.
There are a couple of additional commercial reporting modules available from Schmooze as well.
