Hello,
I am looking for a reporting module that displays all sorts of caller information. Obviously source, destination, time is important. I am also looking for details such as average call time, whether the call was missed or dropped or answered. The more details the merrier I suppose.
I do currently run FreePBX 2.9.0.14. This module doesn’t necessarily need to be a FreePBX module. I just need it to grab all these details from our Asterisk server. Ideally this module can send reports by email. This is a big plus but not necessary. Another possible scenario is being able to configure standard users perhaps to view the reports only on a web portal of some sort.
Do you guys use reporting modules? If so which ones and how much did it cost you?
Free and commercial modules are welcomed. I am looking to get as much input as possible and appreciate to hear all of what you guys have to say.
