A customer called us this morning because his calls were not processing correctly.
After a few checks, I noticed that the reocurring events in the calendar were missing for today (Monday November 7th) and yesterday (Sunday November 6th)
I recreated these reoccurring events (one for each day, reoccurring weekly, forever) and I checked on next year’s standard time change date only to find out that the events were missing again, and same thing for 2024, and so on, always on the first Sunday and Monday of November
It this a know issue ?
