For some reason on one of our extensions, if anyone calls it, the phone shows the extension number/name and then (Chatty). I have deleted and re-added the account and it is still there. Do you have any idea how to remove this?
I havent tried what @dslauter did but my question is why is it only 1 extension.
I do have my ext linked to a AD user account for use with UCP and GUI login
