Remove NO ANSWER from voicemail and recording page

Calls coming in from queues that are being recorded are also showing up under users’ extensions who did not answer their phone (in CDR records these show up as NO ANSWER). Thus users who did not answer the phone can log in and listen to others’ phone calls, as the recording is showing up alongside the NO ANSWER record. Is there a way to remove the NO ANSWER calls from showing up in the voicemail and recordings page?
