I had a server I setup to test but can’t figure out an easy way to remove monitoring. If I shut the FreePBX down it sends me notifications (which I would expect). How can I tell RMS to stop monitoring this server? I think this would be a critical thing during planned maintenance so inboxes don’t get blown up by notifications.
In the next few days (may be even perhaps later today), the Sangoma portal will allow you to unsubscribe a given deployment to the service. In the meantime you can send me a PM with the uuid or open a ticket at support.sangoma.com.
As for your maintenance scenario, we have a ‘maintenance’ mode option in the works, which will prevent notifications to fire. No ETA here sorry, but I’d expect that to be available in no more than a couple of weeks.
@Altocloud1, We actually just released this in the latest update to the portal. You should be able to perform the following:
- Login at portal.sangoma.com
- Go to products
- Go to deployments
- Find your deployment and click edit
- Click the license tab
- Under license keys click Cancel Trial next to the RMS Free Trial item

I see cancel trial and when I click I get redirected to 404 not found webpage.
